LADIES HELP ME

Okay so I'm 16, I've only ever "dated" boys but they've never been serious. And right now and for the past month ish I've had insane feelings for a girl who's 9 years older than me and I know that seems crazy but I feel like there honestly could be a chance- she's gay and we've grown really close over the past two weeks. Anyways she's drunk right now so I was thinking of talking to her about my feelings so worse comes to worse she wouldn't remember but I wanted to know what you guys think. Is now the time? Or should I wait it out, or just keep things to myself?
