Possibly pregnant ?

So I have PCOS me and my husband have been TTC for 4 years. My periods are irregular sometimes starting at 29 days after my last period up to my longest being 40 days. I'm currently at Day 34 the other day I had severe pelvic pain that lasted a few hours along with no cramping after that and for the last two days my nipples have been hard and extremely sore. I've taken 2 pregnancy test yesterday and today and they both said negative. Could I possibly be pregnant ? Or more a hormone imbalance?
