I got an ultra sound to see if I have PCOS and they told my boyfriend to wait in the waiting room but also the woman checkin my uterus wouldn't tell me anything at all and said I have to wait for the doctor to tell me

I used to be an ultrasound tech and its illegal for us to tell patients results of exams or diagnoses. We can sometimes show them pictures of babies or whatnot, but as far as exams like yours, we really can't say anything. It's because we take the images, then they get sent to a radiologist who looks at them and makes the official report to send to your doctor.

I went in for an ultrasound because I was "pregnant" but the tech couldn't find the sac or fetus and no heartbeat, so she put me in another room and I had to wait like 15 mins for the Dr to look at it and come tell me I had a molar pregnancy.
