I Need Help!

I woke up this morning around 6am to nausea, cramps, & having to per pretty bad. While peeing it began to hurt as I finished, didnt hurt at all while peeing, only as I finished. When I wiped I noticed some red on the toilet paper so I wiped again and there was some discharge or something on the tissue that resembles clotting & discharge from a period. it was a lot but there was some every time I used the bathroom. It's been 12 hours and it a not getting any better, it's getting worse. The pain is more intense & frequent now. I'm peeing a lot more and the it went from discomfort to straight up pain. My bf thinks it could be a miscarriage but when I looked up the symptoms, it says UTI or kidney infection. I can't afford another hospital visit right now but may need to go to the clinic at my job if it doesn't go away.
