How far along do you have to be to figure out if your pregnant with twins?

5 weeks and up but all you will see is two sacs well that's what I saw in mine.

This is a sonogram of my first ultrasound, I'm now 16 weeks 4 days.

I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks, found out that I was expecting twins at my first ultrasound at 7 weeks. Ultrasound showed to sacs, & a embryo in each of them.
