so my whole pregnancy my blood pressure has been perfect. for the past week I started noticing swelling for no reason, blurry vision, and shortness of breath. ended up in labor and delivery last night because I started getting contractions but felt them in my back and when they checked my blood pressure it was high. They are testing me for pre eclampsia by doing the 24 hour urine catch but now my blood pressure is back down but I'm still getting contractions. I'm not dialating tho. I guess I'm super confused and wondering if anyone else has gone thru this? I'm 34 weeks pregnant.
