how to get motivated?

i cant get motivated to do anything. idk what to do. i hate this i always feel like crap.

i try to get stuff done during the day while my husband is at work and i dont get any motivation to get out the recliner.

I have been feeling the same way! And the worst part is I'll get a burst of energy and motivation at like 10 or 11 pm. I don't want to wake my fiancé up so I just make lists and then go through the whole hoopla again the next day! It's so depressing 😭
