I took a pregnancy test 3 4 times and not pregnant

I took for pregnancy test I had told me I'm not pregnant but I am crabby I'm eating a lot I never ate a lot I can go all day without eating mom I need help someone any mother can or explain to me or anybody could bring to me why I'm having this question
