Braxton Hicks?

What do Braxton Hicks contractions feel like? I'm 27w3d and today I've started to feel some cramping. I also had my glucose test this morning so it could be side-effects from that, or gas?

Mine are excruciatingly painful. Both sides feel like knives are in there and my sides get super hard and rigid.

They don't feel like cramps. At least not for me. They feel like a tightening.

When I have them, my belly gets really hard and tight, feels like a muscle cramp lol. They're just starting to get uncomfortable, but they aren't painful.
