Any Ideas!?

Question

So for about a week before AF I was having some cramping type pain and severe lower back pain; as soon as AF started it all went away. Now that AF is gone the slight cramping and back pain have come back. 😣

Any ideas on what is causing it? Have any of you experienced this?

PMDD ( premenstrual dysphoric disorder) that's kinda what it sounds like.   Best bet would be to contact your doctor and explain what's going on.    They can do scans or ultrasounds to find out if it's something more.   I had that problem for about 3 years, oddly enough it went away on its own.  One other thing have a blood test run to make sure all your levels are right, as that can make a difference as well.   Hopefully you feel better soon
