Morning Sickness Remedies??

I've entered the "morning" sickness zone and it's the worst. I've thrown up a few times, but I'm constantly nauseous and dry heaving happened often too. Is there any food or anything that helps with the nausea at least that's helped you? Do doctors prescribe anti-nausea meds?

Doctors do give meds! They gave me zolfran. It only worked for two days! Promethazine works amazingly! I'd call your doctor to see what they can do! You can try sprite and crackers all through the day as well!

Vitamin B-6... it helps.

Doctors def do meds, esp if it's making it hard to function! If you want, you can try OTC meds to start ... Unisom (doxylamine) up to half a pill every 6 hrs. Will make you somewhat drowsy. B6 works for some, not for me. Diclegis is prescription time released combo of the two I just mentioned and is the bomb - up to 4 pills daily. If that doesn't work alone, Promethazine is good to add but even more drowsy inducing. Zofran is great but only after 12 weeks. Good luck!
