should i report to cps?

there's this "girl" who is 17. she had her daughter at 16 and due to all the drugs she was on while pregnant her baby came out effected, the poor baby will never be able to walk. Her mom took custody of her baby due to her being immature. well she is now pregnant again, smoking weed and god knows what else she is on. is there a way i can report her? i really wouldn't want that baby to go through the same thing. if there is still a baby. if i can report it, can it be anonymously? and what would they ask for?

Yes, you can. And you can report anonymously. There's no guarantee they can do anything. But if she has a previous drug affected baby & she lost custody , she's already on their radar . If she's not seeking prenatal treatment there is nothing can be done until she sees a doctor or provider who is a mandated reporter . You can report but it's hearsay . I'd still let them know though .

Honestly, since she's 17 that means she is still a minor. And they can place her in protective care of a foster home of some sort. Definitely call! It never hurts to be extra cautious.

And, if you would like help doing so you can talk to a trusted adult. School employees are mandatory reporters, so you can tell them and they can report it for you.

Reporting is always anonymous however I am not sure what much can be done about an unborn child aside from having them intervene once baby is born and taken away from mom
Although at that point the damage is already done
Still though if you know for sure make a report tell them of her past and see how it goes from there
I had that happen with my nephew and I honestly don't understand why people do it
The dangers involved and consequences cannot be undone

I highly doubt that they would tell her that it was you but I'd call either way. Those children need to go to someone who's responsible and is going to take good care of them.

You can report, but it is unlikely they can do anything. Sometimes they cannot even take the report if you do not have tangible proof.

unfortunately here there isnt anything they can do until the child is born. and if the only drug the baby has in its system is weed they will not take the baby away or file a report with protective services. if she and the baby fail a drug test for other drugs then thats a different story. 
her situation is different since shes had one kid taken away but at the same time she could have willingly signed over custody to her mother and there may not have been any case opened against her.  if she is doing drugs theyll find out at the birth or at her obgyn office if she is receiving prenatal care but not much they can do prior to birth other than her obgyn can drop her as a patient for failing multiple drug tests. thats how it works here, hope it helped some 😊
