First of all my boyfriend and I have been dating six months and we've known each other for a year and a half and have been friends since we met. But recently there's been a lot of ups and downs between us he will not let me drink without it being a huge problem even with us being around family. He throws huge hissy-fits and won't talk to me at all for hours and then somehow flips it to where I've been ignoring him and just to say he is 5 years older than me he is 26. He also won't allow me to go on like a weekend trip with my girlfriends or let me go and stay with my dad without him. Recently he's planning on taking a month trip back to his hometown and I'm not allowed to do anything I guess. I just don't know... has my relationship suddenly gone toxic or is there something else going on.
