My husband and I have been together for almost 6 years and have been married almost a year. I want to have a baby and he has always known that. He also knows that this isnt something I am willing to give up. At first he said he was willing but now that has changed. I am 37 and have diminished ovarian reserve already. i feel like I am running out of time. If I leave him and happen to meet someone else I am afraid it will be too late. If I stay I'd have to give up on ever having a baby. I dont know what to do. Any advice???

You should look into egg preservation. As for the relationship, you want kids. He doesn't. Seems black and white to me.

Girl I'm so frustrated with you. It's not like this idea of wanting to have kids just came up, you have always made it clear that that was something you really wanted.
So that being said I feel like you need to follow your heart and if kids is what you truly want than go chase that! Whether it be talking to your husband more or leaving your husband.

In your shoes I'd be looking to single parenthood. Ask him to be the known sperm donor through IUI, that means he'd sign away his responsibilities & rights.
If you wanted to postpone using the embryos, you could freeze them to see if you meet another partner before using the frozen embryos.
