A little confused about my first round, because my CD 21 progesterone blood work results indicated I did not ovulate during my doctor's expected time frame with my first round of Femara, and I didn't get any positive OPKS (which I took from CD 11 till CD 25 when I ran out), but then I think I may have experienced my first temp shift later in my cycle, and Glow gave me a coverline, predicting ovulation on CD 35... Not sure if I did in fact O or not, and even if I did, it was most certainly later in my cycle than my doctor thought I would, at which point, I'm not even sure if it would still be attributed to the Femara, or if it would be considered "natural" ovulation. CD 36, I had a negative HPT, and I started provera to induce my period and start round 2, but AF didn't show until 11 days after I finished my last dose, which was frustrating. But, now she's finally here after a 50 day cycle and I can finally start my second round! Round 1 was at 2.5 mg, CD 3-7, and Round 2 is gonna be 5 mg, still CD 3-7. I'm not feeling super optimistic, but here's to hope! Wish me luck!!!
