My cousin whos 18 says her neighbors mom is always at work her 15 year old daughter is home alone most of the time so my cousin makes sure shes okay and checks on her from time to time and recently she started seeing a much older guy he looks in his late 20s early 30s going into the apartment and she went into check cus she leaves the door open most of the time and my cousin heard them having sex ... she did confess to her asking her whos the guy she said its her bf now she needs my help on what to do i told her to tell her mom ...help me out what should i do? He could be in jail for this or should she jus ignore it...
