I found out last week that I'm pregnant with my rainbow 😭💜😍

Went for an early ultrasound today at around 4 weeks & the tech said my baby is in my tubes. Is it possible that baby can move? She said "either your just really early & babe is going to drop soon or babe got stuck" ... I don't know if I can take another loss. We wanted this baby so badly. So very badly. Now we may lose it. I want to cry but I'm just in utter shock... anyone have this happen but baby moved & was fine??? Please give a momma some hope 😭

I had my labs drawn Monday & they looked good & drawn again today but still haven't gotten results... I'm scared & so upset... but more angry that this is happening...
