Does my baby have a flat head?

Should I be concerned about her head shape? She's one month old. * she's not sleeping like that I just turned her to show the shape of her head FYI.

Your pediatrician will let you know. At my sons 2 month well visit they checked his head and told me he has a flat spot on his right side. We are starting therapy in September to help correct it though I've been doing stuff on my own now until then. If you're worried about it try looking at the babies head from the top (that's how I can see it on my LO) it isn't super bad but it's there. The doctor mentioned that it's probably because almost everyone in my family is a righty so we all hold him in our left arms to feed and stuff and he also has torticollis (which typically runs hand in hand with having a flat head basically means he has weak neck muscles on one side and so he favors looking one direction). So he typically likes to turn his head and sleep on the right side of his head as well. We now just hold him strictly in our right arms and if I lay him for a nap by me I will prop him up a little on his left side so he's on that side of his head instead.
