HCG Level Concern with PCOS

I just received a call from my doctor that my HCG was 193 on 8/14 and then 329 on 8/16. I am somewhere between 3-4 weeks, but I have PCOS so it's hard to tell exactly. Do these levels seem like a normal change? My doctor didn't seem concerned. It ordered another blood test for 8/18.
