Oh my god. 😳 I just went for a short walk to the shop and back with my fiance, and on the way back I was having some horrible crampy, burning feelings at the bottom of my stomach. Got back, rushed to the toilet and I have really awful diarrhea. Sorry to be gross. I've never had it this bad in my life! Does anyone think this could be something coming on? Or have I just got a bad tummy? 😔 my stomach is rock hard too!
