My fiance' irritates me & idk why 😒😫🤔

My fiance' has been the biggest help! He makes sure I eat, he rubs my back & tummy at night, he never misses a doctors appointment, he has held my hair while I throw up, etc. you name it! But, idk why every little thing he does irritate me! He doesn't even do anything, but I just get super annoyed. Is it just me or is anyone feel/have felt this way before during pregnancy? I keep apologizing to him for my attitude lately smh I think it's just all the things by body is going through. I'm a first time mommy. 😫😫😫
