falling while pregnant!

I was walking on the grass kinda down a hill when my foot got caught and i fell forward onto my hands and knees. i've been sobbing for the past 55 minutes just hoping she's okay. i didn't hit my belly or anything i'm just scared cause it was a harder fall. am i over reacting? my whole family says i'm fine i'm just so scared. i called my doctor (it's 12 o'clock) and he was so mad that i called and woke him up so he didn't say anything. one tiny spot on my tummy hurts but i can't tell if it's cause i'm so stressed or if it legit does hurt.
