If anyone is good at zodiacs or is a Cancer, please help?

I'm a Cancer and my boyfriend is a Scorpion, any Cancers out there ever dated a Scorpion? How was it? Are these two signs compatible? Can their marriage work?

I'm always the one who is so dreamy and romantic and spontaneous and he's always the one who's realistic, logical, but also romantic. I'm emotional and he's cold, but he does have a soft side. We argue ALOT, but we make up in seconds. We're happy together and I really don't want to lose him in any way. We've been together for 2 and a half years and we're talking marriage soon.

I was wondering if we're compatible in the long run?

I did search in books and the web but I haven't gotten a clear answer and I'm looking more for experiences with Scorpion men.
