Inconclusive NIPT twice and SO much anxiety

I have had two first trimester miscarriages and am currently 17 weeks in my third pregnancy. I missed the timing for the NT scan (due to bad advice from the nurse at my OB office) and took the Panorama test with inconclusive results coming back twice.

Was referred to a genetic counselor who tells me that the studies show between 13% and 23% of people that have inconclusive NIPT results will have a child with a chromosomal issue- and it's most likely to be one of the more serious life threatening ones.

I'm waiting on quad test results and have an anatomy scan scheduled for 18 weeks with an amnio after depending on the results of the two tests. I was offered amnio now but am afraid of the risks since I've already lost two babies. 😔

Has anyone experienced anything similar or have any other advice on next steps? Or even what the heck I can do to reduce my anxiety and be a functioning human again?
