Went into er last bight with slight cramps and slight spotting. My first ultrasound at 11 weeks showed a 6 week embryo with no heart beat. This is my 4th pregnancy and I was so happy. My daughter's birthday party is tomorrow and im just sitting here waiting to miscarry my baby. Can't decide if I want to try again or it's a sign that I am only meant to have 3 children. 😢 After just losing my mom last year I was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with another loss anytime soon. 😢
