I've been cramping really bad all day. And I just woke up from a nap and I'm bleeding. I'm 6 weeks pregnant . Should I go to the ER? Is this a possible miscarriage ? I'm in a lot of pain.

Update : it was like pouring out for like 10 mins now it just stopped should I still go in?

UPDATE : thanks for everyone telling me to go in I had a "subchorionic hematoma" so basically the baby is not attached to my uterus and causes bleeding so I gotta stay on bed rest for a week.
