Had my first cervix check today , doctor wants me on bedrest at least until next Friday so that I can be 37 weeks, at this point she said my dilation (1cm) didn't matter since baby's already engaged into my pelvis and I'm 70-80% effaced , how can I speed things along ? lol🤷🏽♀️🤗
