First round of Clomid advice??

So as it turns out, I don't ovulate on my own. At all. I will be starting my first round of Clomid after AF starts (taking provera right now to make her show). All you girls who are Clomid vets, do you have any advice? What do you wish you knew when starting it? Success stories would be awesome too! Tell me what cycle you were on and your dose when you got your BFP! Thanks all!
