Help! I have an 11 month old baby and I'm not ready for another one yet! My husband and I had sex and the condom broke! I'm not on any birth control because I was too paranoid about it affecting my milk supply. My period returned around 7 months post partum and has been pretty regular. I should technically be out of my fertile window right now. Would you take plan b or just hope for the best since you are out of the fertile window? Anyone have any experience with this? Would it decrease my milk supply and is it safe to take while breastfeeding? Will it harm my baby? Thanks!!
