Body dysmorphia
I suffer from body dysmorphia and avoid mirrors at all cost because I always feel like a cow, and recently my boyfriends sister brought me a shirt back from France in a size large and it's really messing with my head. I wear a small so now it has me thinking am I just a fat girl that refuses to accept it?😞
