Stomach virus after pain Help!

I had a stomach bug for the past 2 days n I have been in bed most of the time n in and out of the bathroom.. the virus is pretty much gone.. but now my back n my stomach hurt! I feel like my intestine have been pulled out literally! What do u guys suggest I take for the pain! Hotpack Don't help anymore...
