Plus size and water birth?

Hi ladies! TTC currently and I am really interested in having a water birth. Any stories and/or encouragement around pursuing this birthing plan?

That's what I want to do as well. I don't think being plus size will affect that at all!

As long as you're not high risk there should be no reason you can't have one.

I wasn't able to have a water birth because my hospital doesn't have the facilities for it,  but I had a shower birth and it was amazing!  The hot water running over my back was so soothing and helped with the contractions and I could move into more positions than I could in the bath.
