Recently started my mediciation for severe anxiety and depression,its been 4 days I'm feeling worse than before taking anything ..huge migrane as well ,is this normal ?

Most antidepressants have side effects that can last for at least a couple of weeks. When did your doctor schedule a follow up? Try to stick with it, because all medication takes time to work, but if you start feeling suicidal or severely depressed you should call your doctor immediately.
