Help !!
I'm so lost and starting to feel like I've had enough... 11 more mths trying and I really thought this month was it ... period was 4 days late and then it came today and I was so crushed ... my partner suffers from low count and lazy seamen... we have tried so much products and things to help... if we go to the doctor what can we get to help before seeking ivf or iui ???
