any one else's baby cutting 4 teeth at once?

So my 7 month old got his first two teeth at 16 weeks they have fully grown up but now he is cutting his 4 top front teeth at the same time :( he's so grumpy and I feel sorry for him, two of them have erupted out but the other two are just about to come out. Is this normal? It seems like a lot of teeth for his age

My daughter has no teeth and she is almost 8 months old 😅 but I am not sad about it. 
Hahaha I am breastfeeding so she can't hurt me 🤣

My daughter, also 7 months, has the exact same timing!! Except she got a stomach bug, headcold & conjunctivitis in both eyes at the same time as the top teeth - our doc said it could be viral or all because of the teeth! Wish you the best & hope he feels better soon!!

We got one top tooth, then a break for a few weeks, now the other three are coming in at once! Poor baby!

That's really, but the top 4 come all at once just like the bottom 2 from what I understand

It's normal! He's just doing them all early. My mom spent 40 years as a dental hygienist and always says if they start early EVERYTHING will be early and if they're late everything is late. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤗 hope your LOMdeels better soon!
