Sex life = gone

So I've been living with my boyfriend about 8 months now, we've been together about a year and a few months. Our sex can be good at times, but it's basically gone. I don't really know what to do because I wish I could make it better. I ride him sometimes, but I feel really bad about myself in the last few months and it makes me not want to... now I'm disappointed waking up another weekend almost over with no sex... we're only 21 and haven't really been dating long. I am in love with him, no question about that... I just don't know what to do anymore? I ask why he doesn't really initiate sex and he says he does... but honestly it's rare that he does. I don't feel attractive anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️
