Need advice please!!

So I only get to see my boyfriend about once every week or two. In the time between we sparsely text and maybe watch a movie online together. The reason we don't text a lot is because he has friends that can only play games and talk with him when it's night here, and this has changed his sleeping schedule to where he doesn't get up until around two or three pm. I only have time right now to talk in the mornings and have mentioned before that I feel ignored and want to at least talk a bit more than the 'good morning, love you, goodnight

' texts everyday. The sleeping schedule change is slightly recent, but before this I tried making time around when I knew he wasn't talking to other friends and would message him about like my day or what I was doing and asking how he was, etc. but I noticed that he began playing games with them when I obviously wanted like his full attention for once. I told him what I was feeling and he said 'I'm sorry I can only talk to them at night (one is in a different time zone), I'm sorry my sleep schedule is off. ' and didn't mention if he'd try harder to like schedule in time for his own girlfriend (lmao). Like I've tried changing my own schedule and stop talking as long to a few people to try to talk with him because we barely ever see each other but whether it's early in the morning or middle of the night he is busy with his other friends and takes forever to respond to anything I say and sometimes it's just a couple words. And today was a day that I could visit him, and I asked him two days ago and yesterday to get a nights sleep because I wanted him rested and alert so we could talk and actually do things together but he took an hour and a half nap about ten minutes after I got there. I was bored as fuck and kinda irritated because I've asked him for his full attention (not everyday I just want a few moments longer than the scraps I get) and he does the opposite of what I asked. I'm not getting jealous of his other friends but irritated that I actually have had to ask with my own mouth for him to schedule his fucking time better so his girlfriend can talk to him.

Had anyone else dealt with something like this? Is there any advice or something that I could say to him?
