TOOK TOO MUCH FOLLISTIM!!

So I started Follistim and Menopur last night and I totally messed up my dosage of Follistim. I was supposed to take 75 IU but I accidentally took the whole 300. I don't really know how I made such a huge mistake but I did. After I realized it, I called the nurse freaking out and she kinda just gave me a little attitude, which I kinda get. Then she told me to keep doing everything like normal and they'll see at my next appointment on Tuesday. She acted like it wasn't a big deal yet she gave me attitude about messing up. I'm still alive and I didn't wake up in any major pain. I guess my question is; how could this potentially affect the process? I mean, I took FOUR TIMES the amount I was supposed to. There has to be a reason why I was prescribed 75 vs 300, so what could this mistake mean for me?
