18 and pregnant

So, I am 18 years old, 19 in October and currently 24w+6. The last few months have been really rough as my boyfriend is from Germany and I am from South Africa. We are trying our best to sort out things so we can raise our baby together, but things have been very difficult. None of my friends really know how to respond to me being pregnant and as a result I have been feeling very lonely and wishing to be able to reach out to someone in my age group who is also pregnant.
