Aches and Pains
I'm 18 weeks pregnant tomorrow and last night I was literally in so much pain with my thighs and hips that this morning I could barely walk.
I'm not looking forward to going bed tonight as I feel so much discomfort sleeping on my sides 😔
Anyone know of any pain relief or better sleeping positions 🤔
