14 weeks pregnant and yellow discharge?

14 weeks pregnant today and when I wipe there was yellow discharge..... anyone know what it is ?? Inflection?? Is it normal ??

Yellow like discharge is normal during pregnancy as long as there is no smell or itching involved. I am 13 weeks 2 days pregnant and I had it a lot last week, my doctor said it is very normal but did make sure I didn't have an infection or thrush.
