I have but try not to make it a regular thing. Relationships are important but so are friendships. My friends have been with me through a lot, I'm not gonna completely ditch them or cut them off for my SO

bf/fiancé /husband comes first. then friends. I've canceled plenty of friends coffee or club trips,  to be with my man. and I would not have it any other way

Depends what it is. My husband works away most of the time so when he is home I try to make him a priority . However if friends of mine all had a big plan made in advance I wouldn't ditch.
