slowly getting depressed

i cant controll my blood sugar for shit. im on 2 different types of insulin anf it seems to not be working. its to tge point i vant even eat meals. i eat little stuff and count that as a meal . like idek what to do . & with it not being controlled its just gonna give my baby complications
