Def not the shot. When I see women post about it on here I tell them not to. If you want to have kids in the future don't get it! I personally suggest nuvaring!

IUD. I've been on all of them and the IUD was my absolute favorite. Waaaay fewer side effects and you don't have to think about it at all. The pill made me gain 25 pounds, the patch adhesive gave me a rash, the ring is annoying, and the arm implant made me feel crazy. I tried the pill and the mini pill, and I had horrible migraines each month. The IUD was the best thing I ever tried. I lost weight, my skin cleared up, the migraines stopped, and my period got a lot lighter.
