Double Ovulation?

Hey ladies! I wanted to see if y'all had any experiences like this. I took an ovulation test on the 15th (CD 8) and it came back Peak fertility. I was happy but surprised it was so close to the end of my period. Anywho, I tested again on the 17th (CD 10) and came back low fertility. I wasn't surprised. I took an ovulation test and a pregnancy test today (CD 13) and came back at peak fertility again but negative pregnancy test. Am I double ovulating??? Did I mess something up??? Even the app is confused since I had low fertility result between the two peaks.
