PLEASE tell me this looks like implantation bleeding??

Please tell me what this looks like

I'm going crazy I cant lose another baby someone help me please 
This is what was on the paper when I wiped.. some in my panties too but not a whole lot
I've been pregnant two times before this and NEVER experienced any bleeding. So I'm kind of freaking out. I am 4 weeks 1 day exactly. 14 dpo. Got my first positive at 3 weeks 2 days.

Make a doctors appointment. It's probably nothing, but I saw in the comments you're going to the ER. Don't waste your time. It's too early for them to see anything in an ultrasound and if it's a MC there isn't anything they can do for you. You would be wasting your time and their resources. Your doctor will send you for a blood test and then have it repeated after a few days to check if your numbers are going up. That's the only way to tell.

My previous pregnancy I had a light 2 day bleed at 4.1 and she was born healthy last year, so it doesn't mean you're miscarrying. However they did discover that my progesterone levels were low and I needed a supplement. I had 2 healthy pregnancies and then 1 miscarriage  prior to this bleeding/low progesterone successful pregnancy. My current pregnancy I had some spotting  at 3.5 weeks and they went ahead and put me on a supplement. But then again some women have spotting and it's not an issue. I'm not sure if this helps you.

Since you got a positive a few days ago, I don't think it can be implantation bleeding. However, bleeding can be common in pregnancy. I would say if it gets heavier or doesn't go away, and you start cramping, unfortunately it may be a chemical. I hope not! One thing you could do is take another test and see if the line is lighter. Good luck!
