Severe pinching pain in ovary

I was diagnosed with a 2cm ovarian cyst about 2 months ago and lately I've been having pain there and it's been progressively getting worst.. tonight I've been throwing up and having very bad pinching pain in my right ovary ... do you think this has anything to do with the cyst??
