Overreacting?

My husband and I have been married 2 months now. 
Every so often he runs into people he knows from school or in general. He always recaps with them while I'm just standing there looking crazy. He never introduces us or anything. I mention it and he says he didn't think on it or he really didn't want to speak further with the person. Today he ran into a high school friend and there I was again standing there just observing. His friend actually introduced himself to me. My husband didn't say "I'm sorry this is my wife." He just let it happen. I have not spoken to him since and he understands why. Am I wrong? What would you have done?

If my fiancé did that to me repeatedly I would feel like he's embarrassed of me. I would hate that so much.

I agree with you to an extent. I agree with you when it comes to people who he seems to actually have known/was friends with, but others that he didn't care for no. I say this because I now currently live where my husband grew up, I am 6+ hours from home. When we run into people we know, he doesn't always introduce me actually 75% of the time he does not, buttt... it doesn't bother me. It doesn't bother me because I know my husband haha. My husband MOST of the time doesn't even remember who the person is that approaches 😂😂 and even if he does, he HATES when people randomly come up to him to talk because most of the time we're doing a quick errand and he doesn't want to be bothered, introducing me means he might have to stand there and talk. Like I said though... that's the case for MY husband. If I were in your shoes if it bothered me I would honestlt just step forward and be like "Hi! I'm ______, I'm ______'s wife! Nice to meet you!" then maybe your husband will start to get the hint.

Personally, I don't think it would bother me, but I'm a pretty outgoing person. I typically stretch my hand out and introduce myself :)

It really depends on your husband as a person. Is he that insensitive with other things in the relationship? My husband is horrible with that also and it really used to bug me but he would say the same "oh I forgot" or "I didn't think" or "why didn't you say something?". He's also horrible with remembering bdays and holidays (minus the really big holidays). I have learned though that, that is just him. He is very sweet and loving and considerate with mostly everything else. He is just a space cadet with a selective memory lol. So now when this happens I just push myself in front of him with a hand out to shake and introduce myself. 😂 He usually gets the picture and feels bad or embarrassed and is like "oh yeah, this is my wife" or whatever. We just kinda laugh it off now. 
Now if your hubby is just a insensitive person all around then I would definitely address that with him and try to come to some time of common ground. Relationships are a two way street and you both gotta put in an effort.

Thats pretty rude...  He should introduce you and be proud!  And if you tell him it bothers you then he shouldn't make that mistake again!

men sometimes have one track minds... My man has done it a few times and I take it apon myself to happily introduce myself and move on with the day. But ever since I've became and been pregnant he introduced me to everyone and anyone lol he is a proud daddie

Sometimes my husband introduces me but other times it's a quick hey how are you and then he looks at me after and says stuff like "I hate that guy" or tells me what a bad person they are lol. He went to a reeeeally bad school. 
So I think it depends on their relationship

You all are still new in the marriage game. Give him some time. It probably haven't hit him yet. Hell come around. I don't think he means to do it intentionally
