I'm 37 weeks and I'm 1 and a half centimeter/50% effaced,lost my mucus blood and the (bloody show), I'm having contractions they feel like labor pains but I know it's probably just Braxton hicks bc they're not close enough, just for guess but is there a good chance I'll go in to labor this week?

This pregnancy is so different from my first and I had him exactly at 37 weeks, no contractions or dilation/effacement, no bloody show, just the mucus plug 3 days prior to him being born, the only thing was my insomnia that night and my water gushing out when I thought I was peeing on my self and when I got the hospital things progressed fast
