Rash help

What is causing this rash?! Ugh it's on my inner thighs and now between my butt cheeks. It's not raised, and doesn't itch. I haven't switched soaps or anything like that. I don't have health coverage at tgw moment and google isn't any help. What could this be and should I put anything on it?
